Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This includes personalization, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.

Shipping Time
After your order ships, estimated transit time is 9-12 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $59 or more.
For orders under $59, Standard Shipping is $6.95 within the United States and $9.95 for other destinations we serve.
Express Shipping is available in the United States for $49.90.
The available shipping options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent by email when your order is dispatched. Please allow time for carrier tracking to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.

International Orders and Customs
International shipments can require additional time for customs clearance. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
